We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. its location up a steep hill in a very nice area provided a stunning view of the surroundings. The service we received was exceptional, with the staff being very welcoming and always available to assist with any questions or requests. We were particularly impressed with one staff member who went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. The hotel also boasted an array of amenities, including a leisure spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and various beauty treatments. Additionally, the hotel offered on-site parking and 24-hour reception, ensuring convenience for guests. our experience here was fantastic and we highly recommend it to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel was well-maintained and luxury in general, had excellent staff with one notable staff member who was head and shoulders above the rest. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was appetising. The venue was in a central location so close to nice restaurants, other tourist attractions like Balmoral and the queen's castle. Plus, I was relatively near Crathie Church.

The location was amazing and gorgeous, not far from the Scottish highlands, and areas such as Elgin, over to the east coast, Braemar and Balmoral and the whisky trail along the River Spey.
